Information We Collect and Store
The Alarm SMS APP is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.
To function correctly, the app saves the following information locally on your device:
- Your custom App PIN
- Alarm Panel Phone Numbers
- Alarm Panel Codes (Encrypted securely on your device)
- Custom Zone and AUX names
- A local history log of app actions
All sensitive information is encrypted using standard native security protocols. Because this data never leaves your device, we (the developers) have absolutely no access to your alarm codes, PINs, or phone numbers.
SMS Functionality
This app is designed to manage Ness 4G alarm panels via SMS commands. To protect your privacy:
- The app does not have permission to read your incoming text messages.
- The app does not send text messages in the background.
- When you trigger a command (such as Arm, Disarm, or Panic), the app simply prepares the text format and securely hands it over to your phone's default messaging application. You always have the final say to review and send the message yourself.
Third-Party Services (Advertising)
To support the development of this free application, we use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data (such as device identifiers and IP addresses) to provide personalized advertising.

Data Deletion
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it. You can permanently delete all your data, including alarm codes and history logs, by simply uninstalling the application from your device or clearing the app's storage data in your phone's settings.
